What are the sessions like?

Our sessions focus on strength training using barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and body weight before a short, fun finisher which often involves some cardio machines or core work. Don’t worry if you’re new to weights, you’re in just the right place! We will coach you through safe lifting technique for your squats, deadlifts, presses, pull-ups and more!

About The Founder

I’m Jaz, Personal Trainer, Founder of Uplift London and lover of strength training! I found strength training over seven years ago and fell in love with feeling stronger, healthier and empowered through finding a form of exercise that I actually enjoyed and which focused on what my body CAN do, rather than just how it looks.

As a full-time Personal Trainer, I have found that my clients get much better results the more they train with me. However, 1-1 Personal Training is costly and other class options just don’t compare in quality, accountability or privacy. Uplift provides the best of both from these two popular options.
